I curate Autoprotocol, an open source standard for specifying scientific workflows. It aims to be precise, unambiguous, and understandable by both humans and computers. Currently, it's used at by companies like Strateos and Ginkgo Bioworks to define experiments for automated execution.
I've also helped build open source tools for generating and interfacing with Autoprotocol.
